Nora Douds, founder of podd management consulting has over 15 years experience a senior manager within the hospitality sector and boasts a wealth of experience in all areas of the business from sales and marketing to senior manager recruitment and training to covering all areas of financial management.

Nora has a strong strategic management ability with key strengths in managing multiple projects across a wide range of areas, at any one time, while performing an operational role.
